Hi Everyone! I'm Jocelyn Giner and have been the librarian at MacArthur School for nineteen years. Before that, I was the GT/ Humanities teacher for one year here at MacArthur and a Language Arts teacher for twelve years in the Ysleta ISD and Socorro ISD districts.
I come from a huge family of seven sisters and three brothers. I love spending time with my husband, Phil, and my two children, Andrew who is 29 years old and Sydney who is 27 years old. We love water skiing and snow skiing, dirt bike riding, traveling, camping, and any other outdoor activity.
I went to grade school at Marian Manor Elementary, high school at Ysleta High School, graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Education from UTEP, and got my Master's Degree in Library and Information Sciences from the University of North Texas in Denton.
